Our Policy and Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is essential to the success of our flower delivery service. Flowers Atlantic guarantees freshness, first-rate quality and value with every arrangement and bouquet delivered. We also ensure that each order is executed to the full flower value, meaning that you get more value for your money.
We take great care to ensure that each item is specially created with care and that only the freshest flowers are used. Flower arrangements are created by our professionally trained florists.
Having been in the floristry industry for more than 20 years, we at Flowers Atlantic strive to improve on the combination of creativity, experience and guaranteed quality that goes into the development of each arrangement. We put a lot of work into establishing what you, our customers, want.
Our Delivery Promise
We offer same day delivery to most areas – telephonic orders must be placed before 12h00. Delivery is guaranteed to be within 24 hours. Our shop is closed on the first and last Saturday of every month. We will however be open should peak days fall on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday.
If necessary Flowers Atlantic will deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. However, an additional area delivery charge will be charged.
IMPORTANT: DELIVERY TO CERTAIN AREAS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. Please refer to specifics relating to your order item when placing your order.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral directors and cemeteries; i.e. where deliveries are made to a central point and not directly to the recipient. Please note that orders to a hospital must be delivered in a vase - bunches cannot be delivered. Funeral orders can be delivered at a specific time – please arrange with us in advance.
In certain cases the signature of a person authorized to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and the fulfilment of the order. Interflora cannot take responsibility for flowers being stolen.
At Flowers Atlantic we always make every effort to deliver customer gifts to that special person. If the recipient is not available, we will leave an SMS message on their mobile number, if provided, or alternatively a 'Sorry, you were out' card notifying them where the flowers/gift was left or inviting them to call the florist and arrange a more convenient delivery time. Rural areas still present a challenge and if there is no service available or if there is an additional delivery fee we will contact you.
Flowers Atlantic cannot take responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer.
Any customer complaint must be made to Flowers Atlantic within 24 hours after the flower delivery. Our dedicated staff will give you their full attention to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
