Delivery and Pricing:
We deliver during office hours except on Sundays and Public Holidays. The shop is closed on Sundays. Special requests for orders to be delivered on these days can be arranged, if necessary. Weddings and functions usually take place on weekends, when required.
Orders must be received by 12h00 noon for guaranteed same day deliveries on week days and by 10h00 on Saturdays.
We can also deliver flowers worldwide. Prices are different from those shown on our website, so please contact us for the delivery and price information by giving the exact address, i.e. town and country of the recipient, and we will be able to give you a quotation.
Orders for peak days such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father’s Day, Woman’s Day, Secretaries Day and Christmas must be received at least the day before to ensure delivery on time. The prices are subject to radical change on Valentine’s Day, especially on red roses, so the general red rose arrangement price on our website will not apply for these peak days. Please request a quotation from us.

All products on our online catalogue are a guide to style and content of the product and they portray mostly the small to medium size. We use only the freshest and highest quality flowers, fruit and edibles available. We offer different sizes to meet your budget. Seasonal and regional conditions may affect the availability of some flower varieties or colours may not always be available to meet our quality standards. In some cases a substitution may be made. Containers may also vary slightly due to availability.
All prices are shown in South African Rands and are exclusive of delivery charges.
Delivery will be made on the date specified and we will make every effort to meet your requests. Local flower delivery is guaranteed to be within 24 hours. Same day delivery is available if the flower order is placed before 12h00 during weekdays and up to 10am on Saturdays for same day delivery. We can deliver for you on the Friday if it falls within our own delivery area. We do not do deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays. Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral directors and cemeteries; i.e. where deliveries are made to a central point and not directly to the recipient. Please note that orders to a hospital must be delivered in a vase - bunches cannot be delivered. In such above cases the signature of a person authorized to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and the fulfillment of the order. Flowers Atlantic cannot take responsibility for flowers being stolen. At Flowers Atlantic we always make every effort to deliver customer gifts to that special person. If the recipient is not available, we will leave an SMS message on their mobile number, if provided, or alternatively a 'Sorry, you were out' card, notifying them where the flowers/gift was left or inviting them to call the florist and arrange a more convenient delivery time. If there is no service available to an area, we will contact you. Additional delivery charges may apply to certain areas. Flowers Atlantic can arrange for flower and gift deliveries to most areas in South Africa. However, special delivery fee and conditions apply.
